Education: OPC Dipl. Psych, RP
Background: Alice has a background in the gender-based violence sector, having trained at George Brown College in the Assaulted Women and Children’s Counsellor/Advocate program. Alice works closely with individuals navigating complex trauma and relationship challenges.
Specialty: Supporting 2SLGBTQIA+ individuals with anxiety, loneliness, trauma, and relationship issues, offering a safe and compassionate space for healing.
Approach: Alice uses a client-centred, trauma-informed approach tailored to each client’s needs, often drawing on feminist and psychodynamic approaches.
Perspective: Therapy is a collaborative process rooted in trust, compassion and collaboration, where you’ll explore challenges, embrace your strengths, and gain new insights in a safe, supportive space. Through the power of the therapeutic relationship, opportunities will emerge to see yourself in new ways.
